Write a letter from one part of you (like your inner child or critic) to another to build self-understanding and compassion. Unleash all of it without restraint.

Exercise #2

NO Self Boxing

Practice saying “No” with your voice and body when by yourself. Use hand gestures to create space and build boundary-setting confidence. RAISE YOUR VOICE.

Exercise #3

Cry Like Hell

Give yourself a safe space to lose your shit, let it rip, and let it out. Cry, cry, cry, and then cry more. Repeat.

Exercise #4

Dance It Out

Just one song. Pick one song a day and move freely to release emotion and reconnect with your body—no rules, just expression. Bonus points if you're naked.
